About MOC

The handbook in Portuguese, launched in 2003 and updated every year, will have its tenth edition in 2012 MOC, the Brazilian Manual of Medical Oncology is a reference in Oncology. It was launched in 2003 in portuguese and in 2012 have the MOC tenth edition. It was conceived for Drs Antonio Carlos Buzaid and Fernando Cotait Maluf to be used by medical oncologists and hematologists in their daily fight against cancer. Nowadays, MOC is a family of different resources, in both print and digital media, which aim at disseminating knowledge in oncology through the discussion of the results of the most recent and relevant cancer clinical trials. A brief format and the comprehensive contents make the MOC family of products a reliable and practical source of information for busy clinicians.

Its editors and guest editor Dr Caio Rocha Lima, rely on their international experience to orchestrate a team of authors, who are key opinion leaders in Brazil and who do a tremendous job to keep MOC’s content always updated.
